Accomodation is a share twin room with supplementary charge
being made for single occupancy. Please not than an extra bed usually
consist of a follding or roll
away bed. A maximum of two children accompanying
the adults is allowed to stay in the same room [depend on the hotel policy].
Child with extra bed will be charge 75% and child no extra bed 50% from
adult rate.
Reservation and Communication procedures
All reservation requirements and all communication and
coordination for information should be in written from such us ; mail
letter, facsimile or e-mail. Reservation are normally confirmed by reply
fax or e-mail immediately as possible.
Deposit and Cancelation
A deposit of 50% of package/hotel price should paid at
the booking moment and the balance of the full package/hotel price should
be paid upon the confirmation of the booking. For some reason, this deposit
is fully unredeemable when the arrangment is canceled les than 14 days
before arrival.
Payment Procedures
Full pre payment should be settled in advance, two weeks
before commencement of service is required. All payment should be settled
by transfer system through our bank account
Refunds
For the un used service including in the program no refund
will be paid directly to client either in full or in part commencement
of Traveling
Transfer & Tour
All transfer and tour are provide with fully AC coach &
bus according to the number of participants and accompanied by all licensed
speaking guide of multi language.
Voucher
For travel agent, please issue one voucher for all service
required clearly explaining service to provide and ittinerary should be
forwarded with the voucher and only these service detailed will be provided.
A copy of confirmed voucher and ittinerary must be received before arrival
of client and please addressed to ORIENT TOUR. Original voucher should
be submitted to us upon client’s arrival.
No show
One night cancellation free will be charge for no show
client on hotel reservation.
Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the quotation so please
have your own insurance.
