DAY 01. MAKASSAR
- TORAJA
Arrive at makassar
airport , directly to Tana – Toraja by private car, the trip will go along
the western coast through to Buginese village. Lunch will be served
at restaurant in Pare – pare ( famous with sea food ) on the way
to Toraja land, you can stop at Puncak Lawakan ( called Bambapuang ) for
refreshment while enjoying a beautiful erotic mountain late in afternoon
arrive at Rantepao check-in at your hotel.
DAY 02. TORAJA TOUR
Lemo, londa, kete’ kesu, buntu pune Lemo
(cliff site graves with effigies on the rock cliff , sculpture) Londa
(old coffins in caves with their effigies on the balcony) Kete’kesu
( typical Toraja village and center of handicraft ) Buntu pune ( a wonderful
view and traditional house with fortress on the hill).
DAY 03. TORAJA TOUR
Bori, Pallawa, Batutumonga,
Sangkombong Soon after eating breakfast, you will visit bori ( megalithic
stones built on rante, the field on the funeral ceremony where buffaloes
rove before being sacrifice )Pallawa ( traditional house royal class people
)
Batutumonga (the beautiful
landscape of Toraja land) Sangkombong(torajanese weaving and old royal
house)
DAY 04. TORAJA – MAKASSAR
Soon after early breakfast
at the hotel, leave toraja directly to the airport of makassar via the
same route the arrival stop over at puncak lawakan for refreshment, lunch
will be served at a restaurant in pare-pare. On arrival at Hasanuddin
airport, catch the flight for your next destination .
